Equipment

2 double-sided jiggers - 1oz / 2oz and ½ oz & ¾ oz
Boston Shaker - I like the 28 / 18 tin on tin
Hawthorn Strainer
Muddler
Fine mesh cocktail strainer
Barspoon
Mixing glass
Juice Press (handheld ok, go for the electric)
Clear squeeze bottles (syrups and fresh juices)
Pairing knife
Y-peeler (vegetable peeler)
Small cutting board for fruit
Barmat if you like
