Applejack Old Fashioned

Uncle Brad’s Applejack Old Fashioned

• 2 oz Applejack brandy (blended)

• ¼ oz St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram

• ⅓ oz Cinnamon simple syrup

• 2 dash orange bitters (or try other combinations of bitters such as Dashfire’s Mission Fig Fennel or Cardamom bitters)

• Add all ingredients to a chilled double rocks glass, stir, then add ice and garnish with orange peel.
