Frozen Bitter Bellini
Jules’ Frozen bitter bellini recipe:
Mocktail & Cocktail options, it’s up to you!
½ cup frozen peaches
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup
1 oz Aperol (or NA substitute)
Mix in blender
Handful of crushed ice
Add 4 oz prosecco (or NA substitute)
Blend until smooth!
Garnish with a peach slice or fresh mint!
