Amaretto Sour

Brad’s Amaretto Sour (the Morgenthaler method)

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz amaretto

  • .75 oz cask-proof bourbon

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1 tsp 2:1 simple syrup

  • 1/2oz egg white 

  • Ice

Instructions

  1. All ingredients in the shaker and dry shake

  2. Shake again with ice

  3. Double strain over ice in double rocks

  4. Garnish with lemon peel
