This drink should NOT be chocolate-forward, you should barely notice it’s there until you do.
1½ oz London dry gin (I used Sipsmith)
¾ oz Cocchi Americano
¾ oz White creme de cacao
Shake with ice
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
Garnish with a lemon twist and drink with your pinky in the peacock position
