Brads’ 20th Century

  • This drink should NOT be chocolate-forward, you should barely notice it’s there until you do. 

    • 1½ oz London dry gin (I used Sipsmith)  

    • ¾ oz Cocchi Americano  

    • ¾ oz White creme de cacao 

  • Shake with ice 

  • Double strain into a chilled coupe glass 

  • Garnish with a lemon twist and drink with your pinky in the peacock position
