The Gin Old Fashioned

Brads’ Gin Old Fashioned recipe

  • In a mixing glass add

  • Gin Old Fashioned 

  • 2oz Old Tom Gin 

  • ¼ - ½ oz of demerra simple syrup 

  • Scant ¼ oz of Edlerflower Liqueur 

  • 2 dash of cardamon / 2 dash of orange 

  • 2 drops of salt solution (80:20) 80 grams of water to 20 grams of salt 

  • Add ice and stire!

  • Strain over a large cube
