Brad’s Grasshopper 

Glass: Coupe 

Garnish: shaved chocolate 

Directions & Ingredients 

In mixing glass add: 

  • .75 oz. Creme de cacao 

  • .75 oz creme de menthe 

  • .75 oz heavy cream (or 1 scoops of ice cream) 

  • Shaved chocolate for garnish 

Shake for 20 seconds 

Double Strain into coupe glass (take out the ice to stop dilution) 

Grate a little chocolate over the top

In a cocktails shaker add: 

  • 3/4 oz menthe 

  • 3/4 oz creme de cacao 

  • 3/4 oz fernet 

  • 1/2 oz mezcal 

  • 2 oz heavy cream 

Add ice and shake 

Double strain into your coupe 

Grate a little chocolate over the top
