Glass: Coupe
Garnish: shaved chocolate
Directions & Ingredients
In mixing glass add:
.75 oz. Creme de cacao
.75 oz creme de menthe
.75 oz heavy cream (or 1 scoops of ice cream)
Shaved chocolate for garnish
Shake for 20 seconds
Double Strain into coupe glass (take out the ice to stop dilution)
Grate a little chocolate over the top

Directions & Ingredients
In a cocktails shaker add:
3/4 oz menthe
3/4 oz creme de cacao
3/4 oz fernet
1/2 oz mezcal
2 oz heavy cream
Add ice and shake
Double strain into your coupe
Grate a little chocolate over the top
